This website is dedicated to the art of relaxation. It includes information on Meditation, Hypnotherapy and Reiki as well as helpful information about NLP. Also included are visual aids to meditation, tips, facts and FAQs. I have a script written by me and from the shop you can book hypnotherapy or Reiki appointments (including distance treatments) as well as purchasing CD's recorded by me. Additionally I offer workshops on meditation, hypnotherapy and NLP.

I am a qualified massage and Reiki therapist and hypnotherapist. I also run workshops on Hypnotherapy, Meditation and NLP. I have worked in a number of places including a holistic centre, a centre for domestic violence, and two homeless shelters as working privately.
